Most recently, the principals of Spectrum have formed Spectrum Finance, a company that has provided both debt and equity financing for itself and others.
Representative structures include:
- Seed and round one financing for tech startups.
- “Gap”, “Bridge”, and “Sponsor” financing for real estate purchases.
- Credit Enhancement
- Note Purchases
Most recently in December 2014, Spectrum brought the debt on three Wrigley Field rooftops and sold them to the Chicago Cubs in May, 2015.
